Feodor examined sanctions as a legal means of discrimination and discussed ways to ensure the impartiality of arbitrators, such as temporary measures like the application of Articles 248.1 and 248.2 of the Commercial Procedural Code of the Russian Federation, and supposed on the future of arbitration in light of sanctions, noting that geography alone does not provide protection, there are also important: intergovernmental agreements, legal tradition, and people.
